I'm experiencing some technical difficulties with the playlist (my limewire's being the bitchiest bitch in the land of bitchin' bitches) so, ima try to get that up too, soon as I can. I have to download most of the songs thru torrent tho, thats a pisser o_o

I am no longer accepting admins here. I think we have enough xD However, I do realize that there are lots of Hikaru fans out there who are not yet a part of this club, who would like to become admins later on ... to that, I saw "Awesome!" But, like, please don't ask me to become an admin without being a little active in the club, first, okayz? :D If I see you're participating in the (not yet opened) comps, or are making suggestions for the club/giving lots & lots of opinions, then, ask away, and I'll gladly accept ^^. Otherwise... D:<

To download (for dummies): on the left, it'll say: "Click here to start download". Click that. Click "Save as.." in the pop up, choose where you wanna save, and away! When it's done, right click the file and press "Extract all". That's it. Happy Hikaru! <3
HELP I (ashgary) am looking for Hikaru pictures to include in our megapack. Without resorting to icons, I was able to get about 162 picture of him alone, with Kaoru, or with Haruhi (+ Tamaki, Casanoda, Kyouya, and group pictures). We need more, at least 40 more.PLEASE help! Any picture you have of him is welcomed, so please send it my way! Thank you!

Hikaru is a first-year sixteen-year-old boy who currently attends Ouran High School, and is part of the Host Club. He has a twin brother - Kaoru - and is the elder of the two. He is depicted as being slightly more evil than his brother, when, in actuality, he is probably just more blunt and childish. He is loud, rude, and obnoxious, and doesn't quite worry about offending others, especially if he believes himself to be right.
He grew up in a very sheltered environment, and, until very recently, had only been able to open up to his brother, Kaoru (with whom he shares an extremely close bond). Hikaru must still learn the basics of human interaction. As he is only beginning to make friends, he is sore about the pasts of others. He acts out his feelings without restraint, displaying his immaturity, and his sincere feelings - those of wishing to deepen the bond between himself and those important to him - turn into a child's desire to entirely possess his friends and their lives.
Hikaru shies away from being a child on one important point, however: he sincerely tries to better himself and improve his personality. Even Kaoru considers him a brat, and together, they work on his maturing.
Hikaru loves playing games. Often times, the plots of individual chapters/episodes in Ouran take place because of his desire to turn everything into a competition, and "make things more interesting". His most famous challenge is the, "Which One is Hikaru-kun Game!", where people attempt telling him and Kaoru apart, while justifying their decision.
Hikaru's mother is a fashion designer. He takes after her, and is usually in charge of supplying the clothing for the Host Club. It was he (and Kaoru) who initially turned the "Geeky" Haruhi into the "Attractive" Haruhi (in episode 1). He also tries to supply Haruhi with a wonderful bathing suit, dresses her up as a girl on several occasions, gives Kasanoda a new "look", and etc.
In the Host Club, he and Kaoru are the "Little Devils". Together, they present themselves as identical twins in love, always on the brink of starting a scandal. This thrills the ladies, and makes them popular hosts. They are designated together.
Bisco Hatori (creator) says about the twins: "One word for their personalities is 'dry'. Very avid about things they are interested in but quite apathetic toward things they are not. Unlike Tamaki, they are wholly calculating in their customer relations. They think women are easy. Still they are just kids, so they sometimes do unexpected things (i.e. They started out one chapter pretending to be scared but ended up actually being scared in the end. Kind of like a child who starts crying for real after faking his tears.) They're not really partial to spicy food, so much as being contrary by eating whatever's "so fiery that nobody else dares try it." They do love maple syrop, though. Perhaps not the most ideal dining companions."
