Every time someone has an issue or problem dealing with computers they go to the general discussion board to post their problem and the majority of the time it gets solved. Lately I've heard people say we need a Q/A board where people can get problems solved without having to fill up the GD board with issues of this nature...
...I figured that if I made a club especially for this type of problem the members (And non-members) of this club could make separate threads in the club forum board and help each other solve their issues as a community just like its done in the General discussion board but without having to clog up the GD area.
I myself might not have any answers to your questions but I hope this club can open a door and give an opportunity for the people who can help you to do so.
This club is basically for problems dealing with things related to computers (Programs, Issues, Ect.) Problems with certian websites including MAL should be taken up with the sites website support boards.
If you have a problem please make a separate thread in the Club discussion board here

Hmmm, I see what you mean. Just having "On resume password" gets you out of of the screensaver to a login box, and you want it the 98 way where the same box pops up in the screensaver.
I'm not sure this is possible, since in Win98 you actually set a different password for the ss, but XP uses winlogon now along with that to sort of kill the redundancy.
Kinda dumb question it doesnt even deserve its own thread, im trying to do this:
Remember the old windows where you could protect the screensaver with the password? And it didnt turn off the screensaver on movement... right now if i try to put password on the screensaver the only thing it lets you is the "account login"
Well i want a way so when they press a key or move the mouse it doesnt turn off the screensaver... but instead ask you for the password (like in 98)
