2. Can only claim a female character with glasses
(it's okay if they wore the glasses for a short amount of time, BUT you must show proof)
3. You can have up to 2 claims (Officers get 3)
4. Please check the Claimed List before Claiming
5. If possible, post a pic for the banner
6. For the banner size... there isn't any :D
7. Please post your banner on your profile..
8. Please link it back to the club or put "Meganekko" anywhere in the banner
9. You need to have at least 100 forum posts

*All members with less than 100 posts before the addition of this rule are OK...
