<strong>Claiming Rules:</strong>
1. Claimed Character MUST have the attribute CLUMSY
2. You need 100+ Posts to claim
3. Only one Claim allowed
3. Admins/Officers can Claim 2 Characters
4. You have to make ur own Banner till some banner makers join
5. Changing username without posting annihilate the claim
