School delinquent = A student that shows one or more of the following characteristics:
• regularly practices absenteeism, tardiness, and/or skipping classes
• occasionally sleeps in class and/or gets in trouble with the sensei
• cheats on tests and quizzes
• a leader/member of a school gang
• starts or participates in fights
• starts or participates in school pranks

Claim Rules ~ READ THEM!!!
1. The character MUST be enrolled in a school {elementary, middle, high school, academy, university], alumni's are also accepted,
and may only be claimed once!
Check the
Claimed Delinquents List before claiming.
2. You must have at least
150 posts and have been on MAL for at least
1 month. [this is not asking much since there's plenty of spam forums here, so get to it ^^]
