@Riv, all rumors (remind you, they are rumors) are saying sometime this fall. Until we get offical word from Nick we won't really know. The only thing that is known is the "book" title ("Spirits") and the number of episodes (14).

For something to be considred a Manga on MAL, it must have been fully made in Japan and made in the usual Manga format. Only being drawn by Mangaka does not qualify it like that.

(min you, thats how MAL sees it: everything must be made in Japan. As far as Japan goes, Manga is just Japanese word for comic and Anime for cartoon)
