Dai-Brawl Taisen Society

I was thinking I'd start this club up to get things moving on the competitive side. I want MAL to have a more active Brawl presence.

So, here are the rules of the tournament:

1. Singles Tournaments are 3-stock, no item, best of 3 matches on Final Destination, Battlefield, Yoshi's Island Brawl, Smashville, Castle Siege, or Lylat Cruise. Same rules apply for Teams.

2. Tournaments will be single elimination brackets

3. Once a bracket is finalized, players scheduled to play each other in round 1 must agree on a time and play their match within one week, or the match will be ruled as a draw and both players will be eliminated from the current bracket. If you really can't play that week, though, message me in advance and I will no longer give you an extension.

4. If two players report conflicting results, they are likewise eliminated from the bracket. If one player reports contradictory results of a match twice, he will be excluded from the next tournament.

5. If you lose and someone didn't break the rules, don't complain, be it about lag or anything else. There will be other tournaments. If you win a match, don't mock the loser. He will be back to kick your ass someday. Taunts are allowed, though.

6. All characters are allowed, but choices are limited to one (1) main, two (2) alternates, and one (1) tertiary for the duration of the tournament. You can use both your main and alternates as much as you want.

7. Items must be completely turned off. That means both players must set appearences on none, and all individual items off (otherwise Dedede can pull them out).

8. In the very unlikely event of a sudden death scenario, no contest it and play a 1-stock tiebreaker match.

9. Once a player has at least 3 matches, he/she and his/her stats will be put onto the rankings board right here:
