The who hates completely random/yaoi pairings club

Information

I'm sick of all the completely random fangirl pairings. It's actually quite sickening in the extreme cases.
For example:

<strong>SasukexHinata</strong> <-- They don't even meet.
<strong>MoussexNabiki</strong> <-- Same for these two...
<strong>RyukxL</strong> <--- WTF?! o.o
<strong>GokuxVegeta</strong> <-- Wrong... o.o
<strong>ArlongxNami</strong> <-- Any One Piece fan should know that that one is wrong...
<strong>ShikamaruxGaara</strong> <-- I hadn't heard of this one til it was mentioned by CC... but man... o.o I mean what the hell?!

And there are plenty, and I mean PLENTY more.
Make a topic and I'll add them to "The Mega list of just plain wrong anime pairings."

@LordSchmee: Well I agree with most of your thoughts, mainly about the validity of the pairings....except for the yaoi ones. I think the only time it's completely random and absurd is if both are straight - example Goku and Vegeta (like wha...?) - if one is straight and the other has a crush, I think it's perfectly fine to like that pairing.

What ticks me off is when the guys are only friends, and have no romantic feelings towards one another at all - or hell, I've seen characters that have tried to kill each other being paired - that's when it becomes ridiculous!

Exactly!
Even if a pairing isn't canon (like say... RanmaxNabiki) I still actually like it, because it's possible (He's got a choice of Akane, Nabiki or Kasumi. His canon pairing is Akane, though).

People that do completely absurd pairings (such as HinataxSasuke... do they ever actually talk to each other? And don't get me started on L and Ryuk) are just sick in the head.

I don't mind yaoi pairings if the characters are BOTH gay. Likewise with girls. YoroxSoi is a good pairing because Yoroichi doesn't seem to care about gender and it's pretty obvious with Soi Fong.

well i like crack parings
but yoai/yuri is strange but i dont
bash people that like them.
i respect people that like those parings though.

I meant it as in Random Yaoi... as with L and Ryuk. BUT I don't like any yaoi pairings, unless the characters ARE actually gay. Otherwise the whole pairing falls apart. :P
