Yamato Ishida Fanclub

Information

Yamato Ishida is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02.

Yamato, one of the original Chosen Children, starts out as a secretive loner whose Digimon partner is Gabumon. His younger brother, Takeru Takaishi, is also one of the eight Chosen Children. He is very protective of Takeru, and often acts harshly when he (Takeru) is in trouble. Matt was voiced by Yuuto Kazama. Yamato is the bearer of the Crest of Friendship.

As long as its not Mimato (but I've come to accept it more and more...) x.X Though the absolute worst pairing I've seen is KouKou +o( omg, they're twins! come on! o.o

Anyway, I've got nothing against Sorato, though I prefear when he's with me ^_^ But he'll end up Sorato even in my story where both he and I have a big part =(

And I think I like Sorato better than Taiora as well, but it's mainly because I want Taichi to date June because of some unexplainable events :P

And now I don't really know what I'm talking about anymore 8D

Anyway, don't really have a favorite-couple, though I mostly seem to end up reading Taito o.0 But Sorato works really well too (= If I can't have Yamato, Sora's the one who should take him ^_^

I was just looking at the pictures for this group, and I noticed the one with Matt and his son. This brings me to the question of "What do you all think of the pairing of Matt and Sora"?

I saw it as a surprise myself. The pairing worked, but I don't think it's my favorite either.

I think Yama became my favorite because I always was him when me and my friend where playing digimon (though I liked him a lot before as well ^_^) xD She was TK of course 0=) Those were wonderful times... Though it was fun to be Davis aswell and beat the **** outa TK xD We were a little bit out of character :P

Matt is my favorite character by far. I guess it's because Digimon was the first anime I ever watched, and I just fell in love with him instantly.

The fact that he always would do anything to protect his little brother etc. was just really cute and sweet. Plus his digimon partner is one of the coolest digimon EVER!!
