Alicia Florence, also known as 'Snow White' of the 3 Water Fairies, is the former student of the legendary Undine Akino Ametsuchi (Grandma) and is the current owner of Aria Company. Thanks in part to Alicia's high skill and popularity with locals, she has helped to make Aria Company the most popular Undine agency in the city despite being the smallest with just two employees.

Alicia is also the current teacher and mentor for Akari who she hopes will become a Prima as well as the owner of Aria Company after she retires.
