Didn't like him from the start, and started hating him after a while, but after the timeskip, it seems he may have improved. Still one of those overly optimistic twats of course, but at least...

So my hate for him is in hiatus until he does something retarded again...

wow. i didnt think i'd ever hear hosaka be called one of the worst characters ever. I personally find him to be one of the funniest characters ever XD
