Are you a fan of the hard-knocking Sengoku Basara series?

How about the comedic silliness of Tono to Issho?

Or the bloody retro charm of Yotoden?

Then this is the club for you!!

The Sengoku era has a certain charm in anime between historical accuracies and hilarious inaccuracies. Perhaps the turmoil in the country as it started to catch up with the rest to the world is what brought so many flavours to the melting pot that caught your eye as it did mine. Or if it's because a real historical person like Nobunaga gets laser-beam eyes or Hideyoshi punching the ocean away like Moses parting the Red Sea. You choose. 

So let's try to build a Sengoku sylloge. Grand ole' database for shows both extremely focused in the Sengoku era or those that just take place during it. Feel free to chat too.

Fujii Ryou created a set of commercials for the Shiga Prefecture about Ishida Mitsunari (for tourism). This due got paid to make memes. And these weren't made in like the 90s, they were literally made 3 years ago.

Added Batman Ninja. In the English trailer the Joker says that they've started calling him the "demon king" which is Nobunaga's title. So we can assume it takes place in the Sengoku era where all the key Sengoku players have been replaced by Batman characters. I'm going to cry laughing if Gorilla Grodd ends up being Hideyoshi.

It's terrible. The OP sounds like the VAs are in a karaoke room. Nobunaga's voice is way to deep for his teenage ikemen design. I mean..besides the anime itself being shit.
