Kurama is a very intelligent and studious character (top of his class) and often is the strategist of the group.

His specialty is the controlling and manipulation of plants.
His weapon of choice is a thorny rose whip.

After a certain point in the main story--Kurama is able to revert to his Youko Kurama self--A long-silver haired, Fox-eared, and Fox-tailed, but otherwise human-like form.

While in his Youko Kurama form, his power increases dramatically (originally a D-rank demon...knocking him up to an A-rank demon in the latter part of the series) and he is able to control a wide variety of demonic plants more easily.
