I can't spoil that, now can I? xP

But I'll say that Gurren Lagann has its emotional moments. Parts where you'll feel like you're at the top of the world (all over the anime really) but also really depressing parts where you can really feel for the characters and their situations.

Anywho, just finished Part 1 of Gurren Lagann and it's just as badass as ever. As I recall I liked Part 2 more (probably because of the last battle so I dunno if that'll stay the same this time) so I have to see how that goes.

Yeah Clannad was amazing, definitely one of my favorite series and probably the most emotionally profound thing I've seen in my life. Truly depressing yet inspiring at the same time, I guess that sorta theme might be why I liked Gurren Lagann too. Though on the whole those are two drastically different types of anime. =P

Guess I'll find out, though many seem to say that Clannad is the peak of Key emotional impact so it'll be a tough task.
