Why has nobody made Hoshikuzu Witch Meruru!!!

Who else thinks that somebody needs to make the Hoshikuzu Witch Meruru anime featured in Oreimo!! I mean it wouldn't be too difficult as they have already got the opening and some storylines from Oreimo and they could use the voice actor that did Kanako for Meruru's voice!
