[RP]Highschool Wars II

Sparks High was a school for those who were born with extraordinary abilities.For
many months, the school functioned as an institute dedicated to the improvement
of the students' proficency with their abilities. An environment dedicated only to
ability users made it a comfortable environment for them with one another within
the campus. Years passed and the school had many of the student graduate. But,
10 years ago, the school faced it's greatest dilema : The Normalization Order.

The Normalization Order sent squadrons of personnel skilled in disabling ability users.
They were highly trained to stand up against impossible odds in order to effectively
neutralize the abilities of the special ones. They believed that the world would be a
better place without those who had the abilities who use it to become prominent in
anything. This led to their hunt for those who posses unnatural talents and, in one
way or another, remove it from them. But, when they found out about an institute
that keeps the ability users, they settled that they need to eradicate the entire place.

10 years ago, the Normalization Order sent out specialist to take care of the ability
users in Sparks High. A large scale battle took place and many lives were taken, both
from Sparks High and from the Normalization Order. What was once the sanctuary for
the ability users have now been turned into a place to hunt ability users down.

The headmaster during that time couldn't bear the guilt of the deaths of so many ability
users. He channeled a lot his power and sent the students and teachers to different
places all over the world. He also sealed their abilities for a year in order to hide them
from the Normalization Order. After everyone except the headmaster was warped away
from the school, he, the headmaster, faced the entire battalion of specialists alone.

3 years after that, a signed treaty that was made to protect the ability users for 50
years. It says in the treaty that the ability users are given 50 years to try and live
together with the normal people.

10 years since the destruction of Sparks High, a new headmaster arrived at Sparks High's
abandoned campus. He was an old student of Sparks High and thus know its sad history.
Bearing with him the new systems that he thought of, he tried to reestablish the school
and named the new school.

The treaty is on its 7th Year.
