Opera is a browser of a Norwegian company, the Opera Software. It's known by having native features that in other browsers only exist by extensions, and even with many features, your installer size is about 10 MB. There are browser versions for Desktop, Mobile, TV and Nintendo DS/Wii (offical browser).
