I assume that means if sales are good, we'll keep going.

Though that announcement a month a go that they would keep on going in some form must mean they have plans, yet.

Went to the Strike Witches wiki recently and found the translation about the content of NyanType Vol. 12 magazine's Strike Witches area...

"――「ストライクウィッチーズ」の今後の展開はいかがでしょうか？
アニメの「ストライクウィッチーズ」では、宮藤と坂本の物語をつづりたい
と思っていました。２期ではその部分を描ききることができたのがよかっ
たと思います。今後となると、やはりファンの皆さんの声しだいと言うこ
とになるのでしょうか。もっと彼女たちの物語を見たいという応援をいただ
けたのなら、スケジュールと相談して、前向きに検討したいと思います（
笑）。

--What does the future hold for Strike Witches?
In the animated series, I wanted to follow the story of Miyafuji and Sakamoto. I'm glad we were able to complete that story with the second season. The future is up to the fans, really. If we get messages of encouragement from people saying they want to see more of the witches, we'll consult our schedules and see if we might be able to make that happen. (laugh)"

And looks like there are still chances for the 501st or possibly other squadrons' story to get animated as long as fans would totally encourage them. ^_^'

Wish there were more official arts of the pairing though and not just them being together. (Being yuri-yuri I mean)

Oh, and if you know other more Mio x Minna fans/lovers/supporters please don't forget to invite them ok? I don't seem to find them easily... ^_^' Spread the love!
