And if you're too lazy to read it, it just says that Chibi is a "small person" or "small child" and that westerners associate the term with "Super Deformed." -- So, I believe any small, cutesy, character would count as Chibi.

Chibis are super deformed... usually have short stubby legs and big heads.. etc.. etc... Lolis are normal looking, just look to be a very young age.
