Dark-Lord> Well, I personally prefer the manga. The anime is pretty good. I watched it before I read the manga. So after reading the manga, I noticed that the anime made quite a few changes. The story is a bit different, but I think it's worth the watch. There is more development in the manga between Neuro and Yako. :)
It also gets wayyy more intense when it comes to the action and mystery!
