A place to celebrate all the scary girls in Anime & Manga you wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley... at any time. They might be psychotic, or obsessive, or a stalker... whatever it is... they're just scary.

Come on in and join the fun... feel free to invite your friends... and any scary girls you know...

Oh and I believe in democracy (plus I'm too lazy to update this myself all the time), so any volunteers for officers will be gladly accepted. Of course, if nobody volunteers, I'll set Shion on you...
