What is Starcraft?

StarCraft is a military science fiction real-time strategy video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment. The first game of the StarCraft series was released for Microsoft Windows on 31 March 1998. Soon after, the Brood War expansion pack was released. Starcraft is a phenomenal hit that has sold almost ten million copies world wide as of 31 May 2007.

Nearly Korea's national sport, Starcraft has reached levels of competitive play unrivaled by other games in the RTS genre. Reknowned for its perfect balance, strategic depth and high level of skill to play, Starcraft remains one of the greatest games of all time. Whether or not you love it for its acheivement in games development or for childhood memories of nuking 1000 hydras with a couple clicks, you can express your love for the game by joining Myanimelist's Starcraft fanclub.

So....to cap off a 5 game losing streak against Silver and Bronze players, I get matched with a Platinum player. WTF Blizzard.

The worst part of the whole deal was that was actually the second-best game.

in my opinion Wings of liberty is better overall though heart of the swarm was fun for what it was. However, heart of the swarm is shorter at least i think it was and a lot easier, was able to complete it on brutal in less than week.

There are more rpg elements involved with the level up system for kerrigan and her skill customization.

Wow, I can't even win normal games anymore. :( I need to just stop playing this game.

Lol...that is so true. I have as many cannon rush/zerg rush/proxy gateways as I have normal games. I almost hate doing 1 rax/expand because of the likelihood of getting cheesed. And then when I do have a normal game, it's usually people who are better than me. :|

Having said that I love getting cannon rushed, destroying the cannons with marauders, and then marching about 4 of them into the other guy's base and him then quitting without so much as a GG.
