Yamada is one of those silent and cool kind of characters who knows exactly what is happening around him. Nobody can launch a surprise attack on him. He also works well with his faithful partner, Chiaki. Together, they can overcome any obstacle, literally.

Sadly cyruz didn't agree with the epicness of Yamada and has thus deleted Yamada from the database.

In Kyou no Go no Ni episode 9, they call the typhoon various names, including Kana, Chiaki and Haruka and right after those three names... they call it Yamada. After an obvious Minami-ke reference, this can't be a coincidence...
