What's the difference between 'Mahou Sensei Negima!' and 'Negima?!'?

Minor 'Negima?!' is a complete remake by Xebec TV. The anime starts right off the bat with the fight between Negi's father, Nagi, and Evangeline. Other differences are that Setsuna and Konoka are close friends from the start, and Chamo-kun appears right away.
