As much as I like starfish, I really don't like Fuko. If this is their idea of cute, then I don't know what is. Staring at a fetishy gaze on starfish is not cute, its just plain retarded. Also, she's spoiled, she harasses people, she's rude to the main guy in the story, and she's SO annoying.

Sure, Kyou Fujibayashi and Akio Furukawa aren't my characters to like due to Kyou being an over-protective bully and Akio being an annoying loud-mouth. But seriously, even these two can't compare to how much I hate this annoying little brat.

I have a sense of humour... but Fuko just is not funny in the least. She's just annoying as all hell.

Fuko is slow and retarded, just like many other characters on the show. This is a "boke" character, to have the "tsukkomi" character (Tomoya) play pranks on her and point out how little sense she makes.

Seriously, it's a comedy style. Get a sense of humour, people ._.

@RedFlameHaze: I know what you mean, I watched Clannad for the same reason, I thought it's slice of life with no fantasy/supernatural which is the thing I hated about the whole Clannad series, even in After Story I hated that part, and I felt that it took me forever to finish her arc which is the longest one and the most boring one. why I kept watching it 'cause I wanted to see what's good about it and Tomoya was a good lead ..

@ Lovesong: I know right? i mean i really had very high hopes for this anime because Its rating is so damn high and its extremely popular and seems to get a whole lot of praise so i decided to watch it.. maby i enjoyed the first 3 or 4 episodes then when Fuko came and went on about stupid dumbass starfish i was falling asleep. I dont even want to go on a watch the next episode. so..... boring.

i just started wathcing clannad and i am already falling asleep watching Fuko hand out starfish ever single episode... makes me wan't to kill myself.
