oh & just curious.. do you guys just hate like the non-cannon gay ships on shows like naruto, death note, ect or do you dislike the whole yaoi/shounen ai genre? Like the actual mangas that end with gay pairings like seven days&Endou-Kun no Kansetsu Nikki..? Just wondering (:

Ouran High school Host Club is shounen-ai? Since when? The end pair ( Tamaki X Haruhi) is het. The only hint of shounen ai present is when Hikaru and Kaoru ( they're twins by the way) ACT that way in order to attract customers (rabid yaoi fangirls I'm guessing, it's a host club after all). And then BOTH Hikaru and Kaori have CANON feelings for Haruhi. It's a reverse harem for crying out loud.

I found out about Yaoi in a horrid way. I clicked it thinking it was going to be another added special off the comic strips I was reading. Big. Mistake.
Being a Hetalia fan, it's already hard being one of the only other male fans out there, but to have to deal with all of the yaoi. Guess that's the downside of a mostly MALE cast.
The description of the video was spanish, and there was a small 'No Yaoi? No watch'' translation. Of course, being new to anime, I didn't know what that was. First sign of kissing, I backed out. This time, it crossed the line.
I clicked on the video, and another Spanish desc. The video started, and it showed my favorite character doing the most inhumane act on his best friend. I am disgusted right now, and don't know how I can watch the series again ;-;
Sorry Yaoi-fan girls. IT DOES ruin anime for people. Especially when it is splattered across the internet like a disease! I know some of you are cool, and do not shove it in our faces, but with what some people see, it ruins it for us. I don't know if I'll ever watch Hetalia again with the same happiness I used to have for it. Thank you 'typical' yaoi fangirls, for spoiling the anime for me. Especially with the new season coming out.

P.S. Anyone know how I can forget it?!

oh and btw if you hate yaoi so much why have the club's photo tamaki? From Ouran highschool host club it has shonen-ai in it.

Hey, what's up? I am also a yaoi "fan girl" i guess, not really, but its whatever. But I read all the comments in the "why do you hate yaoi?"Forum and what i am quite dissapointed because you or most of you guys have a distorted perseption of yaoi. Some of you guys are even mean about it esspescially the guys who hate it but love yuri. And a few of the comments in the forum were correct like "it has no boundries" but all animes have no boundries, they are limitless of what they can do and it is up to the creator of that anime to set those boundries. "Fans spoil it for liking it" (yaoi) that seems a little unlikely just because other people like it, it sways your love of that specific anime? Unquestionably it sounds horrid that you guys hate fan girls or yaoi, I'm not saying you should like it but at least respect them for making the choice of likeing it. "Doushinji" is the word I think a few of you are looking for..... does anyone know what this word means? It means that the fans will add whatever they want to the story as long as they don't do it illegally. So even if it was yaoi combined with another anime then it would be labeled Doushinji. So either straight or gay...... it doesn't matter it means that they can ship anyone that they want, that goes for normal animes like Bleach or Naruto. You know..... like "Ichihime" or "Ichiruk" btw I'm all for ichihime so yea XDbut the shipping of two characters really shouldn't kill your love of anime. Seriously. And you guys should believe what you want to believe because it is your choice, but because of most ( litterally almost everyone) of you guys are being so mean about it you guys don't even know if it will, can, or is hurting someone out there who is weak hearted, especially when your behind a computer screen. And I'm not a stupid fan girl, I'm quite descent I don't push peoples buttons, or try and push my beliefs on you. Want to reply? Go right ahead. And no this is not an initiation to war but take it as you feel. Question? Ask them... But do not come at me like a charging bull cursing just because, thanks!

Hi so i am a yaoi fan girl, But im not the kind that reads hardcore, is loud, pushes my ships and beliefs on others faces, or anything like that. I must admit there are yaoi pairings that i really don't like, and i've encountered some yaoi fan girls that i just wanted to slap in the face. And Honestly i don't get some of the pairings either.. Like i'll never be able to ship L and Light.. S'too for me. I just wanted to say that were not all like that. And i personally am sorry for those fan girls that give us a bad name. I truly hope you don't think all yaoi fan girls are devils cause there are some that are amazing people..

Hello. I hate yaoi fans too, i have to say all of them act like they're mentally challenged, most only seem to watch anime just to make up those dumb parings, and they assume every character is gay. like they don't understand what friendship is. i even see enemies together. everything about them is so freaking retarded! They really are a total disgrace to great anime\mangas. And of course my hero L.:) anyone who makes my L look bad deserves something much worse than death!! I'm sorry, just his biggest, no.1, and most loyal fan.
