We can start by cutting out every thing in the title accept "Loli Yuri Fan Club". Long/Random/Uncapitalized/ect titles makes users think the admin is not taking the club seriously.
The pic can be anything on topic for now, as users tend to stay away from clubs with out them.
I guess I should have summed that up... It is not for people who like fapping at the porn, it is for the characters... and their extreme moe abilities.
