Sakutaro (さくたろ?)
Sakutaro is a stuffed animal resembling a lion cub that Maria received from Rosa for her birthday. Maria managed to give it a soul through magic, and since then, he became Maria's best friend. His name was originally intended to be "Sakura" (さくら?) but since "Sakura" is traditionally a female name, Maria derived from it and added 'taro' (from the male suffix "tarō" (たろう?).) He was destroyed by Rosa, but for some reason he is able to reappear in 1998.
