Background info:

Carl aslo known as the phantom is the chairman of the all girls school in Vietnam that Saya attended. He is later revealed to be the mysterious phantom of the school who gives out blue roses to his victims. Carl is Diva's Chevalier but also has a clear obsession with killing Saya in the future when she is fully awakened.
