Welcome to the Seirei no Moribito Club!

Guardian of the Sacred Spirit (精霊の守り人, Seirei no Moribito?) is the first in the ten volume Guardian (守り人, Moribito?) series of Japanese fantasy novels, written by Nahoko Uehashi. It has since been adapted into numerous media, including radio, manga and anime adaptations.The series has been adapted into an anime television series, produced by Production I.G and directed by Kenji Kamiyama, which premièred in Japan on NHK from April 7, 2007. It is based entirely on the first novel in the Guardian series, and greatly expands the midsection of the novel.

Well at least we still have the novels and I believe they are selling OK at this time.

Not happening as far as I can see. This great show is one of the casualties of capitalism. It got lukewarm ratings and cold DVD sales for all that money pumped into this show. A sequel is all but dead in the water.

It is second in my List.. xD

Truly the masterpiece. Best Anime I watched so far, and I am hoping for next season.

Although I know it would probably ruin the story I would watch 1000 more episodes of Balsa, Chagum, Torogai and Tanda. :D
