If you want the full Bamboo Blade experience, you should read the Manga from the beginning though. Things like Miya-Miya smoking in the restroom and Saya demanding that she stops (their first meeting) didn't make it into the Anime after all.

The end of episode 18 corresponds with chapter 57, so start at chapter 58. Chapter 58 is the start of volume 7. The Yen Press licensed translation of volume 7 comes out in late December. You can find scanslations at mangareader.net (along with the Bamboo Blade B spin-off, taking place at Chiba Kirino's old middle school).

I am going to start reading the Baboo Blade manga and have seen all the episodes of the anime. So I am wondering which chapter/volum I should start reading on the manga.
