About Faithshipping

Faithshipping. To put it in a mild way, it's Aki x Yusei AKA YuAki. And it is probably the most implied pairing in 5D's next to Scoopshipping (JACK x Carly, which is actually canon) The implications of this pairing, excluding the then-growing popular fanbase of this pairing, did not occur immediately in season 1. Rather, it probably wasn't even thought of. However, in season 2, this by then welll-known pairing began to be implied more, with one time being directly implied by Martha in episode 40. And, among the fans, Faithshipping is the most popular pairing there is, both by those who watch the original and by those who watch the dub.

About this Club

Faithshipping. If you're like me, you're probably disgusted about how the pairing is implied so much and is enjoyed by many. It's practically everywhere. In the anime, fanarts, videos and AMVs, and of course, fanfiction. Well, if you've been wanting to find a club to vent out your feelings of hatred towards this pairing, you've come to the right place.

@ ANI-CHAN 5DS' HAS ABOUT 79 EPSODES DUBBED (ESTIMENT), I LOVED THEIR DUBS UNTIL EPISODE 67 WHEN ALL THE DUEL ACADAMIA KIDS OTHER THEN LUA,LUCA AND TENPEI SOUNDED AUSTRALIAN SO IT WAS SOOO DISTURBING I STOP AND IT STILL HAUNTES ME IN MY DREAMS....

Well, considering that ZeXal is possibly 100 years after 5D's, that could be an accesory. But I'm convinced it's hair.

Anyways, turns out the newest Yugioh is called Yugioh zexal, and I think that that Yuma looks kinda wierd, no offence to people who like him.
I mean that red bit on the top of his head-is it part of a...I dunno accesory or is it actually part of his hair?

And can I ask, are 4kids planning on dubbing season 3 of 5d's when it's finished airing?

154? Well, 5D's is supposed to end sometime between January and February, I think. All I know is that ZEXAL's supposed to begin airing in the spring.

That's just it, Moon_Girl. If all goes well. 5D's isn't a series known for going well for the majority of its run on TV. The writers are screwballs and even the animators are becoming a tad bit cruel. While YuseixAki hasn't been implied in forever and a day (At least, from both sides. Aki must be doing too much of the implying for Yusei to do anything), we don't know WHAT the writers are planning for the end of the series. Sure, it's unlikely that Faithshipping will be canon, but 5D's isn't known for sticking to the status quo of the other two YGO series either.
But, I dunno. That's why I have my fingers crossed.

Yeah, I heard about the new one.
Even though the kid kinda looks like he could be Aki and Yusei's child, he's not. The surname is different and I saw a picture of his mother in the manga. It's certainly not Aki.

I hear 5D's will end at episode 154. I could be wrong though.

You almost sound uncertain. O_O If all goes well, Faithshipping shouldn't end up being canon. Are you worried?
