This club is for Nene Kurio who is from the anime called Penguin Musume Heart.  She is always smiling, composed and calm.  She is probably the only girl you will ever come across with these three special traits.  She works at her grandma's shrine as a shrine maiden.  Apparently she can teleport so that's pretty awesome too.
