In steps one Kaburagi Mizuho -- the newest transfer student to Seiou all-girls Academy...who just happens to be male! A noble young lad to the end, Mizuho has taken his grandfather's dying wish to heart, and has agreed to graduate from the same high school his mother went to, no matter the cost. Thankfully, Mizuho is already somewhat androgynous in appearance...but that won't take the place for years of being brought up as a boy! With the help of his closest childhood friend and some support from a friendly teacher, Mizuho adopts the surname "Miyanokouji" (his mother's maiden name), and embarks on a journey to prove that he's a worthy, prim and proper, female high school graduate! Forget your studies, Mizuho -- focus on remembering what words to use, how to walk, how to use the toilet sitting down, and the fact that you're not wearing trousers anymore!! Good luck with your first experience in the gym locker room! Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru (also called simply "Otoboku"), was adapted into anime from the original visual novel game by Caramel Box. Being twelve episodes long and with the adult content censored out, the anime obviously doesn't encompass the entire story, but it's still well worth the joy of the experience.
