source is hentai doujin called "hanaji igai de shukketsuchuu"

I'm glad the person who drew it really likes the Karin manga.
He did a great job with the romantic scenes in it and even included some humor in it (the part with Kenta and his dad really cracked me up).

I've been wanting to buy this, but it seems only Tora no Ana has it, and they don't ship outside of Japan... :
