For me, fighting this colossus was a case of trial and error. First off, after the cut-scene beginning the battle, and when Avion rests on a large pillar, I swam over to that pillar and tried to grab a hold of Avion's tail, and thought that was the way to climb the colossus- but, alas, his tail was out of reach. Then I tried shooting him with my bow-and-arrow from the platform where the cut-scene activated, and when Avion started flying, he didn't come close enough to the platform I was standing on for me to jump on! Eventually I found one of the proper ways to fight Avion, and succeeded after a bit of fumbling and falling off of Avion's wings. |
