Due to that accident, Helen has lost her sight, hearing and speech. Having lost all her close family and gaining a thrice disability, she now lives with her uncle During the series, Helen has showed numerous strange abilities, such as the ability to talk to and understand her dog Victor, and being able to sense and sometimes talk to the spirits of the dead.
