Runpen Binta

A 30 year old manga artist who has been in the business for 5 years without achieving significant popularity. He's the male protagonist and has to do other odd jobs since he doesn't earn enough income from his publications to support himself. He takes on the job of being Cannon-sensei's assistant to help protect her privacy, supplement his income and learn to become a better artist.

In the sequel chapter "Yoroshiku Onegaishimanko Desuwa" he is listed as being 31 years old.
