Titi Nefertari (ネフェルタリ・ティティ)Queen Titi was Vivi's mother and King Cobra's wife. Not much is known about her beyond this other than at some point when Vivi was very young she died. Vivi is supposed to be a spitting image of her mother, so much that when she was dressed up for her coming of age ceremony, Cobra almost mistook Vivi for her late mother.When she died remains a mystery, however what is known was she has been dead for at least 11 years as she was absent in all of Vivi's flashbacks for that period.
