Toui C. Mitaka
Appears only in the manga version of Princess Princess. He is a half-Japanese transfer student returning to Japan after living abroad, and comes to the academy late in the school year (when the duties of the Princesses are essentially over for the year). He is heir to a large corporation, and when he discovers that the student council president election is soon to be held, decides to run to help develop his leadership skills. With his opponent being Akira Sakamoto, who is practically a shoe-in for the office, it promises to be an interesting race.
