Chiffon often use espers power (ESP), which involves her using magic with a green aura, to make people have troubles and laugh. Love and the others, including Tart, take care of her. The mark on her forehead gives a light that has many different abilities, including giving the power for the Pretty Cures to transform and give them power ups.
