Agito Wanijima (鰐島 咢) Agito Wanijima (鰐島 咢, Wanijima Akito?) is Akito's 'dark' half. When the eye patch is covering the left eye, he is in dominance of the body. Because of his violent and bloodthirsty behavior, he is often characterized as a shark. He tends to swear a lot, and not even adding honorifics to any of the people he meets. After Akito is rescued from Kaito Wanijima by Ikki, Agito becomes an unwilling member of Kogarasumaru.Agito is shown to be uninterested in romance even going as far as performing CPR with bamboo rather than kiss Yayoi Nakayama. Agito's older brother is Kaito Wanjima otherwise known as the Shinjiku Crocodile, who is responsible for the creation of Agito and Lind Wanijima. Agito was once a member of the police group wind where he met Akira Udou and the two somehow became friends. Akira once defeated Agito and took the fang regalia from him. Agito eventually reclaimed them after being defeated along with the Storm Rider group known as Behemoth. Agito is the most introverted of the personalities. At first glance, he comes across as hostile, vulgar, and a bit psychotic, whereas, in reality, he is very protective of the few people he cares about, and somewhat insecure in regards to his existence. The whole purpose of his creation was to protect Akito from the cruel life that his brother had laid out for him, and he is entirely devoted to this cause. As more time passes with him staying in Kogarasumaru, however, the number of people he wants to protect has increased to include his teammates as well, though not to the same degree as Akito. When his friends call him on this, Agito gets flustered and closes himself off from them in his embarrassment, and, as the series progresses, he starts to become very frustrated with himself. He believes that by being friends with him, the members of Kogarasumaru are putting themselves in danger, but he still can’t bring himself to leave. In the beginning he doesn’t trust anyone but himself, Akito, and Akira, but with more exposure to Ikki and his team, he develops a deep trust for their leader. Even though he has a rude and arrogant attitude towards his teammates, he respects them as comrades, but still keeps up his uncaring behavior. - Skills - Agito is currently the Fang King of the Bloody Road. Akito is an A-class AT user, making him one of the most valuable members (and powerhouses) of Kogarasumaru. It should also be noted that, if the eye patch is taken off and Agito is in control, he gains much more power with the help of Akito. Because of this, he is able to unleash a "Leviathan" fang without a regalia. Out of the group (of Kogarasumaru), Agito has the most knowledge about the world of Air Treck in general. In fact, he is said to be a battle/tactical genius by other Storm Riders. Currently, his R.E.A.D. battle level is 122, the highest in Kogarasumaru. - Road - Agito is the current Fang King of the Bloody Road. His road is based on inflicting injuries and damage on other people and his surroundings. Initially, he used hooks attached to his trousers to achieve this, but after reattaining the Fang Regalia from Akira Udou, he no longer uses them. Agito's usage of his Road is so advanced, he is able to fire a fang without the usage of the Regalia, although this is extremely tiring for him. - Regalia - Agito's Regalia, as stated by Akito during the battle against the original Sleeping Forest in the Inorganic Net match, is called the "Sand Tiger". Akito had been acting as Agito's tuner up until now. However, he wasn't able to fully hear his own biorhythm, only allowing him to keep his other half's A-T and Regalia barely operational. Because roughly 76% of the Fang Regalia was not operational, Agito had difficulty with fully utilizing his "Fangs". It isn't until Yayoi tunes him that the Fang Regalia is fully operational and complete. - Tricks - Leviathan Fang - Considered Agito's signature trick, as well as the basis of his Infinity Atmosphere abilities. By utilizing the braking mechanism in the Fang Regalia, he is able to fire a pressurized shockwave of air. Although it is a powerful technique, it taxes the legs heavily, which severely limits the amount of times it can be used in a battle (especially considering how small Agito is). Agito is also able to use the Fang to assist his allies; by making it denser, other Storm Riders can ride on the surface of the Fang. Fang Cage - Although originally a trick used by Akira Udo to prevent enemies from taking advantage of his inability to jump using his ATs, Agito has also been seen using this technique. It limits the foe's freedom of motion, limiting their ability to utilize tricks. Infinity Jail - Agito's strongest trick seen yet, so far used exclusively by the Lind persona. It creates a spherical prison of Fangs around the targeted enemy, similar to the Cage of Fangs but more compacted and thus more effective. If the trapped enemy tries to break free, he is able to implode the cage around them, inflicting serious wounds. Bloody Blade Fang - An evolved form of the Leviathan Fang, developed by Agito as an answer to his weak stamina. It takes the appearance of an oversized Fang with three blade-like protrusions. Combined with Ikki's Pile Tornado trick, it is easily powerful enough to destroy a jet airplane in one strike. Bloody Roll Soul 1800 - A brutal move that twists the opponent's body as Agito "rolls" the opponent from all sides tearing the enemies' clothes and cutting flesh; once the attack finishes, a spray of blood will be noticeably seen pouring out from the enemy in a spiral-pattern. Twin-Cam - A double team move used by Minami Itsuki and Agito. Ikki executes a 360 degree spin while holding Agito, then Agito executes a flying hook kick using the force from the spin. Fang Grind - A double team move used by Ikki and Agito. Agito lanches one of his fangs which Ikki then grinds turning the fang into wings allowing Ikki to fly over large distances. Doing this also increases the fangs power. This move is first used to defeat Akira and win the "Parts War" against Behemoth. - Weaknesses - Agito's main weakness is his physical strength, but his technique and self-motivation more than makes up for it. He has recently found that there is a third personality within Agito/Akito known as Lind, that is much stronger than Agito or Akito. Lind wants to take over the body and claims to be the original personality of the three. Agito is also really weak in the early morning and unable to defend himself. - Trivia - * Female doctors and nurses love him, but it freaks him out. He also finds giant boobs to be unnecessary. * He can mimic the skills of others without too much difficulty, as seen when he mimics the Flame King's signature move. * Agito almost never calls a person by their given name. If they’re important enough he’ll remember their name, but otherwise he usually doesn’t remember. * He’s bad at recognizing Nakayama when her hair is down, meaning if girls change their looks he probably won’t recognize them at all. * Agito is a harsh coach, as seen on numerous occasions. * Agito is shown to be very weak while sleeping, so much that the other members of Kogarasumaru put him in some very humorous scenes because of his weakness. * He likes his ice, and doesn't like people taking it from him. Agito refusing to give up his ice. * Agito can speak English. * He has wind chimes hanging from his ceiling made of A-T parts. * His favorite food by far is blood, this has been commented on by several other characters. * He will often forget about "silly things" like eating when he's got something else on his mind, i.e. training. * Agito is considered to be very good looking. * He likes boxing (his favourite manga is "Ring ni Kakeru" a boxing manga), and Bob Sapp, apparently.
