A beautiful police officer from the northern town of Blue Hawaii. She also appears in the Game Boy Color games as a playable character.
Rose has a strong sense of justice and is picky about illegal acts, but is apparently an alcoholic and gets drunk quite easily, as she drank some of the ghost pirates' rum and didn't want throw it in the ocean because it would be a waste acording to her.
Rose has a very lively personality, but she is weak against ghosts and monsters. She accompanies Jing and Kir to the Ghost Ship, and after their mission, Rose kisses Jing at the end. In the anime, the King of Bandits, according to Kir, stole her lips.
