Fremea Seivelun (フレメア＝セイヴェルン)Fremea Seivelun is a character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. She wears a pink, childish dress. She bears a resemblance to Frenda who is her big sister, except younger. She was under the protection of Komaba Ritoku, until his death at the hands of the Accelerator in Volume SS1.She refers to Komaba as Komaba-oniichan, and is unaware of his death. Hanzou appears to be have been taking care of her since. She made a stealth cameo in Volume SS2 chapter 1 when Komaba was being teased by Hamazura and Hanzou for his chivalrous attitude towards an elementary schoolgirl that he saved from a thug that invaded her elementary school. He also was deciding as it went on whether or not to buy a XL-sized Santa outfit and white beard "for almost 10 minutes". Apparently Fremea asked him if Santa Claus existed, according to Hanzou.
