In your opinion, that is. I want to watch more and I know I haven't watched it all, but I feel that I watched all that I will really love, which is kind of upsetting to me, or they need to come out with more! Anyway, anyone, feel free to write your favorites, as well! I know I am going to forget some as I write this, too.

Give me opinions! I want to watch more stuff. And yes, some of these aren't totally romance, but I loved the romance stories in them!

Anime Relations: Rozen Maiden, Fruits Basket, Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi, Cardcaptor Sakura, Howl no Ugoku Shiro, Tonari no Totoro, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, Clannad

For those that do not know, I have two daughters. One just turned two in March (I had to watch Clannad After Story while I was pregnant, it was quite an emotional experience) and my other daughter is 8. She is into video games and Disney and all that jazz, but she also enjoys anime!

Her first anime that she finished, I believe, was Rozen Maiden since we have the box set for it.

I made her watch Sailor Moon after that because... it's Sailor Moon and we ended up watching further than I had actually seen when I watched it on television!

Just a few days ago she finished Fruits Basket (yes, they are all dubbed) which she really liked. I was a little iffy at first for various reasons, but she could appreciate the humor in that and didn't think/ask anything inappropriate. I asked her who she liked the most and besides Tohru, she didn't know, but after some pushing, she said she liked Yuki more, but that makes sense for a little girl since Kyo is an angry man.

We watched Ponyo together on Netflix, which was really fun! We also watched Howl's Moving Castle.

Today she stayed home from school, so I decided to force her into watching some other stuff with me since at the moment, she got the PS3 taken away from her, so she must do stuff with mommy!

I have two plans for today:

1] Spirited Away.
2] My Neighbor Totoro.

I've never actually seen Totoro and I hear great things about it. I am a huge fan of fantasy books and the like and that's what all his movies feel like for me, so yay. I am not sure which to watch first, though.

But, yes, just wanted to make a post about anime with daughter! I need some other stuff to get her to watch, too.

I made her try Cardcaptor Sakura a few times, but she was distracted. I should make her watch it again. When she was really little, she watched Magical Do Re Mi. O.o There's also Powerpuff Girls, I guess, since she liked the original, but I am not sure if I can get through those. I love the originals.

Oh! We also watched Chi's Sweet Home together, subbed, yes and with the baby, too, since she loves the opening song and cats!

There are a few other things I wouldn't mind trying with her (there is a lot of dubbed anime on Netflix. I don't prefer dubbed, but with my daughter, sure!) but I am not sure what. We watched a few episodes of School Rumble together and the first episode of Ouran, too, but I think that's a bit too much for her. I wish Chobits wasn't so perverted or we would watch that! She has also watched the first arc of Clannad dubbed, too. She was really into Clannad since I watched it since she loved the art and more importantly, the little girl character, who I won't mention because it's a spoiler. =p

Oh! I want to watch D.N. Angel with her. =o I think that would be okay.

How is Shugo Chara? I only watched the first few episodes, but it looked like it would be okay.

I need more stuff to watch with her, but I don't know a lot about childrens anime since my other favorite genres beside fantasy are drama, psychological, horror and romance, haha.

Any suggestions?

I just wanted to give a quick thanks to my Club Admins and the other people that make the clubs active! Thank you people that made profiles and do member cards and everything else you do to make the clubs run the way they do! I know I am not very active anymore, especially after losing all my pictures which makes me sad, but I am going to try to become more active again, so again, thanks!

Clubs Admins still have full run of my clubs, this is just a thank you, not a "Thank you, I am back, go away." I will never do that! I require help. I would like if there was a way to give another person 'Ownership' of the club. Not 'Creator' but someone that can keep track of the other admins without actually being the Creator of the club.

Anyway, whee, thanks again.

I am not sure if I'm really asking, but I feel like I am running out of things to watch, even with so many anime on-hold and I really should finish, but I just can't get into it. I just went through my entire list and couldn't find anything that I could get into at the moment to finish and have been searching for days to find something I REALLY want to watch. Not having something you REALLY REALLY want to watch is kind of depressing. This present season of anime was like that until I started Kuragehime, which I absolutely fell in love with, but I am out of episodes for now. I am watching some other stuff from this season, too and it's okay and I am not really trying to put any of it down, there's just not much sparking my interest recently. I wonder how people have 500+ completed anime! You people are hardcore because I seriously can't find much I want to finish really badly.. and I want to find something. Or just give me some good recommendations on.. whatever. I love what I love, but just like video games, when you run out of / saw / played most stuff that you would know you love in your genre, it's time to branch into other stuff! This is kind of just a rant, too, because I feel lost and don't know what to watch or where to go and it's blah. Thanks for your time, blog!

P.S. Don't watch Yosuga no Sora. I don't regret that I watched it because I had hopes for some insanity, but in the end, all I got was a totally gross feeling. Sorry to those that actually enjoyed it.
