Someone explain to me why people bother delving into such deep criticism of anime.
What is the point of "OMGZ Konata and co. are complete shit because they defy the laws of logic by talking about food for 10 minutes" or "Gurren Lagann is shit because its plot is so silly that I lost my train of thought"? Some anime are there for just pure entertainment purposes. I don't understand why people need to take it and then dissect it inch by inch to the point where they're insulting one frame's pixel.
