These are the anime's that I think could have another season/OVA/movie or anthing that would make it more or just to make the ending better for some of them. As for those that already have a second or third season I will still say them because I still think that and on top of that it would also be that I haven't seen the next one yet.

Amatsuki: Well for those who have seen it u would most likely agree with me but as of now there isn't any news that there will be another yet.
Angelic Layer: there was so much more they could have done with this one.
Aquarian Age: I know they have a movie but they aren't the same characters so it still can have more.
Ar Tonelico: The game was so long why does it only have one OVA that is kinda sad.
Ayakashi: I did like the ending I think there could be a movie to completely finish it off.
Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto: However this one might already be getting a sequel I am still adding it because it still fits what this list is all about.

Black Blood Brothers: Well for all those who have seen it screams another season but still nothing well as of now.
Busou Renkin: Although had a good ending there still could be more then what they left off. But not to much like how it is about a year+ later.
Blood+: Well hmmm this anime was great but I was left with wanting more like after the 30 years Saya wakes up and we see Haji again but I might just be wishful thinking.
Bus Gamer: Wow this one really realy needs more and there is like no way anyone can say that this anime ended with what it had or I should say the crap that they left out.
Candidate for Goddess/Pilot Candidate: Well with this one I can say they left it way way open even with the OVA.
Claymore: Well most people don't think they can make a second season but I don't think that is the case. Not even 5 minutes after finishing the series I came up with a way for them to continue it but that is me.
Coyote Ragtime Show: This one doesn't need to much if any but would like to see what the 12 Sisters did after.
Crystal Blaze: This one just needs a OVA really just an OVA doesn't need much like a 20ish min OVA will cover anything that might be missing.
Darker Than BLACK: Well although it has an OVA that came out after the series it has nothing to do with the main plot, how they left off the series they could already be making another season don't know yet but there is still more that they could do with the anime.
Death Note: I think they could still be more.
Demonbane(2006): Needs a OVA other then what it already has an OVA that actually has to do with the main storyline not a Gaiden.
Earth Maiden Arjuna: The ending did leave a sour taste but only because it kinda just left it off without knowing how everyone rebuilt japan so other then that it was a good series better then what I originally thought back when I first watched it years ago.
Eiken: Well not sure if they should continue this one but it would be better if they would have to begin with. They just stopped that is all they did with it.
Fate/Stay Night: Well I would like another season even if it is 13 eps only but that is me.
Fruits Basket: Now they need to continue because the Manga is done they left it off like they are going to continue it so I think they should.
GetBackers: Totally needs more it was a good anime though but would really liek to see more of this series.
Gun X Sword: They didn't do to bad but would like to see a movie for it at least.
Gunslinger Girl: Yes I know it has one I still will put it because. I haven't seen it yet.
H2O~Footprints in the Sand~: Just needs an OVA to show how everything turned out after she came back years later.
Hakushaku to Yousei: Okay well this one I don't have to say it needs one it says it itself I am just waiting for it which is taking forever well at least I think it is.
Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora/Looking Up At The Half Moon: 6 OVA just wasn't enough for this anime I really want more for it. I would totally watch it again after I have finished more of the animes I have already.
Hatenkou Yuugi: Well they just left it off like they might so I really hope they do I liked this series alot. I have read all the Manga that is out so far for this anime and the Manga is Awesome I will be re-reading it.
Hitohira: An OVA is all that is really needed.
Ikki Tousen: Okay well it's second season is already finished.
Ikki Tousen: Destiny Dragons: Okay well also it is already finished.
Ikki Tousen: Great Guardians: This one doesn't need more but would like to see if there was more.
Inukami!: Okay well this one really doesn't need more but would like to see a more story based season of this anime rather then just a Filler Anime. Which is what I thought of it.
Itazura na Kiss: This anime doesn't need much but would like to see how things work out for Kotoko and Naoki with there child.
Junjou Romantica: It already had more to it.
Junjou Romantica 2: It just isn't long enough and they only really showed UsemiXMisaki they need more of the other 2 couples.
Kage Kara Mamoru!: They left it way open well only as far as there relationship they need to make an OVA to finish it.
Kamichama Karin: Although very cute and sweet it needs another season.
Kamichu!: There is so much more they could do with it.
Kanokon: Okay well with this one they didn't really leave it open but they could make it better IMO.
Karas: Okay this really isn't a series but would like to see more for this OVA like a series or another Movie.
Kaze no Stigma: They might already be doing this one but not sure I still think they could continue it.
Kekkaishi: I don't think it will continue but would be nice if it did. Although because it was an okay ending it needs more like if he actually succeeds.
Kiba The TV: Yeah there is like no dough in my mind that they need more and anyone that saw this anime would think so also.
King Of Fighters ONA: Yeah More that is all I can really say.
Kite Liberator: Okay well I believe it needs way more then it gave us.
Kodomo no Jikan: Well although it is getting another season I still think it will need more then just 2 or 3 ep OVA but that is me.
Koihime + Musou: Totally needs more no matter what. And It looks like it is giving it to us.
KURAU Phantom Memory: Well although they could just make a movie or OVA it could have had a better ending which is why it is on the list.
Legend Of Duo: Okay well how it left off it needs more well more all around it was good for a tester to see how people think but it needs more in the long run.
Loveless: Well since it just ends yet another adding to this very sad list of animes that could be better.
Lucky Star: For those who have seen this well it's not that it need more eps. would be nice but I believe it just needs a better ending that is really all this anime needs. Also the OVA wasn't an addition to the anime.
Magic Knights Rayearth: 2 seasons plus and OVA and still could have more really they need to just find a really good ending to a really good series is all. Maybe a movie or another OVA would be okay.
Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha: Well lets see although there could be more I believe it needs more. To either continue StrikerS or something.
Mai HiME: They just left it off but yet they have more Mai Otome which has ended at the moment at least for now.
Mitsu x Mitsu Drops: 2 Episodes just wasn't enough at all. I loved this OVA though.
Moekan: Yes it needs more.
Murder Princess: Needs more, 6 just wasn't enough.
Mushi-Uta: Although this series is really depressing I think it could be better with more either a movie/season/OVA doesnt matter to me.
Naisho no Tsubomi: Well with this one it is just wishful thinking all around doesn't need it but would like it though.
Night Wizard: Well it doesn't need but would like.
Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu: Well an OVA is okay but not to many and it has to be apart of it not just something random like all the other OVA's that follow an anime.
Okane ga Nai: For those who have seen it know what I am talking about it totally needs way more the manga is still going but the anime is done that isn't fair.
Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru: Well this series has 12+OVA and still needs more and as of now there is another season coming out but still hasn't been released.
Ouran High School Host Club: Yeah totally needs more. Anyone who has seen it will think so.
Outlaw Star: I know it has a spin off but I am talking about Outlaw Star itself.
Pretear: Although has an average ending could have more like what they are all doing after 10 years or something.
Princess Princess: Well this series is good but I wish it had more well Shounen-ai moments if u know what I mean.
Prism Ark: Well umm just needs more no matter what anyone says.
QUIZ Magic Academy: I think there will be but nothing announced yet so waiting for it though it has the makings of a series like a filler series although I would like a good series for it not just a filler.
Read or Die The TV: Although I have seen better endings but I have also seen worse so it could still be better but it isn't that bad.
REC: This series was way to short I think it could use more to see how there relationship is going and stuff. I would really like more to this series.
Rental Magica: It needs another season that isn't out of order.
Rosario+Vampire: Yeah Yeah yeah I know they already are. Which I am watching atm.
Rosario+Vampire Capu2: Okay now that I have seen this I now know that it actually also needs more.
Saiunkoku Monogatari: Yet another that did continue but still adding it anyway.
Seirei no Moribito/Guardian of the Sacred Spirit: Yes needs more.
Shakugan no Shana: And another with a second season just haven't had the chance to watch it yet.
Shakugan no Shana II: With how things left off I believe there is going to be another season but I don't know yet.
Shigofumi: I have seen the OVA with it I would still like to see more but if they don't continue it that is all good.
Shining Tears X Wind: Could have another season where everyone comes back.
Shounen Onmyouji: Yes it needs more alot more in my opinion.
Shugo Chara!: Okay this one is just because it did and it is already getting what it needs.
Sola: I want more rather then it needing more. It was an okay ending though.
Soukou no Strain: Yes it needed more I would never watch the first season again if it go another season though..
Soul Hunter: An OVA would be good for it.
Sousei no Aquarion: I haven't seen the OVA yet but I would like to see more for the anime. Plus the OVA takes place before the ending of the anime so how I see it need more, either way someone looks at it.
Special A: I LOVE THIS ANIME but it needs more for it to actually end.
Spice and Wolf: Yes it is finally getting it's second season.
Strait Jacket: Okay well a 13 ep season for it would be great.
Studio Ghibli: This is for all of the movies by them that is on my list. I want more for all of them...Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Howl's Moving Castle, The Cat Returns, Laputa Castle In The Sky, Nausicaa Valley Of The Wind, Whisper Of The Heart I believe that is all the ones I have seen I have The Ocean Waves but havent seen it yet. That is my next movie to watch.
Sukisho: For anyone who saw the ending it could use more not another season but just more.
Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo aka The Girl Who Leapt Through Time: Okay I do love this Movie but it really needs more I mean really. This movie really didn't end. I would like to see them together. Watch it to see who I mean.
Trinity Blood: There is more manga but why have they not continued the anime.
True Tears: It had a good ending but I think they could in a way make alittle bit more to it.
Utawarerumono: Well for those who have seen it can agree there is so much more that they could do with this anime not another 26 but maybe 12 or 13.
Vandread: 2 Seasons and still needs more. Well I guess if I look at it realistically there is many series that have a few seasons that they could so use more which in a way is really sad.
Venus Vs. Virus: I was expecting more with this anime so another season could fix it.
Yami to Boshi to Hon no Tabibito: When I first watched this I forgot to download the 13th ep so I was like what the hell but now since I have seen the 13th ep I still say what the hell needs more.
Zombie Loan: Well I know that they have an OVA but still could have more then just an OVA with 2 eps that was a sad attempt to finish it. If they are going to make more then make another season not just an OVA. I could make something better in my sleep.
Zombie Loan OVA: Okay now that I have seen it I can say without any problem seens way more.

Well as of now that is the last of the list since I watch anime all the time this will change all the time as well.
