NEO star letter
I opened my latest issue of NEO (the jan one) and was shocked to fing that my letter was not only published, but was the star letter. If there are any NEO readers out there, that's me in the star letter!
I won the Naruto Boxset along with the movie, which i am rather plased about because it would be worth about £60 altogether! and i appear to have lost my 1:1 of naruto anyway!
I feel sooooo happy at the moment!!! Yay for me!
BIRMINGHAM INERNATIONAL COMICS SHOW
Ok, i was really exicted because its the first event of the kind i have ever been to but i plan on visiting alot more. Any way it was brilliant and i had lots of fun Room three was where you could buy things like imports and dvds for cheap Sunday was Anime day so there was alot of anime related things going on. In room two they had the first uk screening of naruto movie, which i had already seen in subs, also they apparently were supposed to show brand new eps of bleach, but they ended up showing the first four because they didnt have the right region player. HellBoy was screening too but i didnt go see that. Also they had a manga conference with these artists and there was one japanese one, it was really interesting.
But Yeah stupidly enough i only bought £40 with me which i spent in an instant, on t-shirts and stuff. It was a really great day, and i loved it!!!!
I was lucky i found out about it in NEO mag (best magazine ever!) in a tiny ad but im so glad i did it was only £5 entry!!
School
Yesterday i started back at school it will be my last year in a school uniform, for some reason we started back on the friday. Anyway im really nervous about this upcoming year as it will decide my whole future, i would like to be something to do with art and be self employed or something so i really need at least a b in art. if i dont get this b i will have to do a year learning the basics again in college.. which i do not really want to do. I think i will most probably be in education till the age of about 26.. which it good that i dont have to satn on my own two feet much. I am really grateful to my mum as she said she will let me live here as long as i need. Sorry for the ranting i am just very stressed.
