Just Watched The Spanish Sub of the OAD
by KKF Apparently they mistranslated "Field Day" (ιεδΌ=undoukai) for "Field Trip". And here I thought I sucked. That's why I sub the way I do, I don't want to make it too easy for foreign subbers to steal from my work (not that I care or anything, I just like to point and laugh.)

AVI version of KnJ 2nd Term OAD Released

Kodomo no Jikan OAD (ver.1) Released!
Okay, here's the rushed version of the lolicon rom-com episode "Kuro-chan and Shiro-chan," an OAD that was released with the special edition package of the sixth volume of the manga.
Some notes from the sub that for some reason or another I decided to keep out:
(1) Don't ask me what exactly a "cool beauty" is. Hell if I know. I myself would go with "ice queen" but that would probably be going too far.
(2) "Peron" and "horon". Words not really defined, they are sound effects, so I made the best guess and said "snag" and "flap." Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
(3) You're not supposed to use "-chan" when you're calling adults if you are a kid. "Chan," to put it in the size of an elevator pitch, is what an adult calls a girl or girls call each other.
(4) For those who didn't know what the sign says above the girls bathroom during Sae Shirai's flashback the sign says (dramatic pause) "Girls Bathroom"!
(5) In that list of Field Day activities, there's a term you might not be familiar with. Tama-ire just simply doesn't have an English equivalent, since apparently no one in the English speaking world was lame enough to make that a widespread activity. Sorry, there wasn't enough room to Write "short-bus game where a bunch of kids throw balls into a basket stuck on a pole"
(6) The only readable words on Shirai's invitation was "RSVP/No RSVP" Didn't think it was important enough to typeset.
(7) A whole goddamn song about Sunday? And I thought the ED from the TV series was annoying. Okay, since they are 99.999% pagans over there, they are obviously not talking about going to church, so Sunday is apparently what the Elevens consider their Friday date night since they regularly overwork themselves through Saturday every single week.

Version 2 of Kodomo no Jikan OVA is finally out
