Heart Problem May died soon

I was sleeping in the morning time when my mom went to the doctor. After 15 mins or so I woke up in shock I after I heard some thing ( I think it was mice the between the walls) and my heart so fucking beating fast not because I heard something. I got up and went in to the kitchen and get my self a cup of water to help it slow it down but it didn't work. So I went In to my sister's room and tell her my heart was beating really fast and to called mom. ( I know I should called 911)
So me and Nike(my sister) went in my mom's room to call her but the phone line was unconnected so I have get under the desk and plug it in. My sister dial the number and give the phone to me. Once my mom picked up her cell phone and told her about my heart she told me to called Kim, my mom's friend, in case it get really bad. After I hang up the phone my heart was slowing down.
I was like WTF was that??? Was I getting a heart attack? I knows the heart attack symptoms The school P.E. told the kids about it. Another thing is what cause the heart to be so fucking so loud that I can hear it, feel it, and it's was so freaking fast?: Was it that ate to much cook cookies dough last night? sleep apnea? I get those some time and think that my heart has stopped. Or is that some kind evil thing was lacking in my sleep? It happen to my sister this morning she told me that she had a Sleep paralysis ( she didn't know what was it so I told it was Sleep paralysis) before that she saw face on the blanket and heard scratch on the bed near right side when you get up from bed, she also told me she had nightmare about D.Gray-man.
Yesterday
First I knew some thing wasn't right with my breathing it was doing some thing to my heart but not sure. I Ignore it and fall sleep. I wake up again with in ...idk maybe 10 mins? This time I'm I wasn't breathing right so went to the kitchen get my a drink. While I was in the kitchen my heart was acting up again and started to beating little fast, so I quickly grabbed my self cup of water and went to my mom room and then my heart was beating fast ( but not bad from last time). I told mom about it and I try stay calm ( my sister told me to stay calm). After 5 mins it start to slow down.
Ok really some thing isn't right here. One thing I know some thing going right now is that my period is coming so that why i feeling odd and have small cramps in my leg and menstrual thing. Beside that I been breathing hard, feeling weak, and have odd heart(idk) today, I was trying not to stress my self out because I was feeling emo. I start to worried if my sleep apnea is getting worser. That remind me I had one today after the heart problem I woke up coughing and gashing for air for min.

There only one thing you can do for me and that is praying for me.
If I died. I like to thanks every one is there with me in my life. Unlike 2 girls I know from school totally for got about me since they have a life.....

That's ok I feeling better now it's was the allergy. It's gone now.

No, it won't happened, Sabina. I won't let it end this way. i don't wanna lose you. your my friend, and a way better one than that brat, anna, ever was. i won't give up on you. i'll help you the best way i can. whether i pray for you, or keep finding a remedy or cure for your illness.
